Week 6
💚Another St Patrick’s Cookie Magic 🤍
St. Patrick’s Day is right around the corner, and the kitchen is already glowing with festive colors as we test‑bake our Green and Yellow Chocolate Chip Cookies for the holiday. These cookies are soft, sweet, and full of playful charm—perfect for anyone craving a little seasonal fun.
Each batch starts with a cookie dough packed with green, yellow and white chocolate chips, giving every bite a mix of creamy sweetness and bright St. Patty’s flair. Fresh out of the oven, the cookies get a finishing touch: a smooth drizzle of melted white chocolate that adds shine, texture, and just the right amount of extra indulgence.
✨ Ready for St. Patrick’s Day Celebrations
The result is a cookie that feels festive without being over the top—soft, colorful, and dressed up just enough to make the holiday feel special. Whether you’re sharing them at a gathering or treating yourself, these cookies bring a little luck and a lot of sweetness.
Week 5
A Lucky Little Glow: St. Patrick’s Drizzle Magic
A bright pop of St. Patrick’s Day color is taking over the kitchen this week, and our cookies are getting the full drizzle treatment 💚
We start by gently warming silky white chocolate until it melts into a smooth, glossy pool 🍫✨ A touch of coconut oil goes in next to thin it out and give it that perfect velvety flow. Once the texture is just right, we stir in a vibrant green glow of color, turning the whole bowl into a festive St. Patty’s dream 🌈
From there, the fun begins. You can dip each cookie into the lush green chocolate for a bold, magical coat, or drizzle it across the top for a playful streak of color that feels like a little lucky charm 🍀 Either way, the result is a cookie that looks as good as it tastes—festive, fun, and ready to celebrate.
Week 4
A Sweet Debut: Kuuki’s First Valentine Box💞
Love is officially in the air at Kuuki this week, and I couldn’t be more excited to share something truly special. For the first time ever, I’ve created a Valentine box filled with treats designed to celebrate sweetness, warmth, and all the little moments that make this season feel magical.
💫 This limited‑edition bundle brings together a curated selection of customer favorites—each one crafted to feel like a tiny love letter in dessert form.
💕 At the heart of the box is our Sunset cookie, buttery and soft, rich with cranberries cascading with an orange zest. It’s simple, elegant, and indulgent in all the right ways.
🍪 Next comes the strawberry stuffed marshmallow cookie, a playful, romantic twist that hides a gooey strawberry‑kissed marshmallow center. Every bite melts into a warm, fluffy burst of sweetness—like a cozy hug wrapped in cookie form.
🍓 For fruit lovers, the strawberry jam cookie adds a nostalgic touch. It’s tender, bright, and filled with a ruby‑red jam that brings a lovely balance of tart and sweet.
✨ And because Valentine’s Day deserves a little flair, the box includes a red cookie —a whimsical, eye‑catching treat that tastes as delightful as it looks. Think soft, buttery dough that feels like a celebration all on its own.
🍫To complete the experience, each box is accompanied by chocolate hearts, adding that final romantic touch and tying the whole collection together.
This Valentine box is more than a set of treats—it’s a moment of joy, a gift of sweetness, and a way to share love in its most delicious form. Whether you’re surprising someone special or treating yourself (because self‑love counts too), this bundle was made to make hearts flutter.
Week 3
🍓 A Sweet Surprise: Crafting Strawberry Jam–Filled Cookies
Some cookies are comforting, some are nostalgic, and some feel like a tiny burst of joy the moment you bite into them. These Strawberry Jam–Filled Cookies fall beautifully into that last category — soft, buttery, and hiding a bright, fruity center that turns every bite into a little moment of delight.
This week in the Kuuki kitchen, I’ve been working on a batch that blends creamy sweetness with a playful, jammy heart. Here’s a peek behind the scenes.
🍫 Building the Dough
The base of this cookie starts with a classic dough, but with a twist: white chocolate chips folded in for extra sweetness and texture. The chips melt just enough during baking to create pockets of creamy richness that pair perfectly with the strawberry filling.
Once the dough comes together, it’s rolled into smooth, even balls and tucked into the refrigerator for 24–48 hours. This resting time deepens the flavor, improves the structure, and helps the cookies bake up thick, soft, and beautifully golden.
🍓 Filling Each Cookie With Love
When the dough is fully chilled, the magic begins.
Each dough ball is gently opened — almost like forming a tiny cup with your hands. Into that little pocket goes a spoonful of strawberry jam, bright and fragrant. The dough is then carefully closed back up, sealing the jam inside so it stays hidden until the first bite.
This step feels a bit like wrapping a sweet secret inside each cookie.
🔥 Baking to Perfection
Once filled and sealed, the cookies are placed on a baking sheet and baked until the edges turn golden and the centers stay soft. As they warm in the oven, the jam melts into a luscious, fruity core that contrasts beautifully with the buttery dough and creamy white chocolate.
The result is a cookie that’s tender, sweet, and bursting with strawberry flavor — a perfect treat for anyone who loves a little surprise in their dessert.

Week 2
✨ Inside the Kitchen: Crafting the Stuffed Starwberry Marshmallow Cookie
Some cookies are delicious. Others are nostalgic. But every now and then, a cookie comes along that feels like a tiny moment of wonder — and that’s exactly what the Stuffed Strawberry Marshmallow Cookie is all about. Soft, golden dough on the outside, a gooey marshmallow center on the inside… it’s the kind of treat that makes you pause mid‑bite and smile.
Today, I’m taking you behind the scenes to show you how this dreamy cookie comes to life.
❄️ Step One: Freeze the Fluff
The secret to getting that perfect molten center is simple but essential: freeze the strawberry marshmallow fluff ahead of time. Scooping small portions onto a lined tray and letting them firm up in the freezer ensures they hold their shape long enough to be tucked inside the dough. This step makes all the difference once the cookies hit the oven.
🥣 Step Two: Build the Dough
Next comes the foundation — a classic, comforting cookie dough. I start by mixing the dry ingredients in one bowl and the wet ingredients in another, then bringing them together until the dough is smooth and cohesive. Once the dough is ready, I roll it into even balls and let them rest in the refrigerator for 24–48 hours.
This chill time deepens the flavor, improves the texture, and helps the cookies bake up thick and tender.
🍪 Step Three: Stuff the Magic Inside
When the dough has fully rested, it’s time for the fun part. Each dough ball gets gently opened — almost like forming a tiny cup. Into that little pocket goes a piece of the frozen strawberry marshmallow fluff, nestled right in the center. Then the dough is carefully sealed back up, making sure the fluff is completely enclosed.
This step feels a bit like wrapping a secret inside each cookie.
🔥 Step Four: Bake to Golden Perfection
Once stuffed and sealed, the cookies are placed on a baking sheet and baked until the edges turn golden and the centers stay soft. As they warm in the oven, the frozen fluff melts into a gooey, irresistible core that transforms every bite.
The result is a cookie that’s crisp on the outside, soft in the middle, and filled with a warm strawberry marshmallow surprise.
✨ A Treat Worth Sharing
Stuffed Strawberry Marshmallow Cookies aren’t just a recipe — they’re an experience. From the frozen fluff to the slow‑rested dough to that first magical bite, each step adds a little more joy to the final result.
If you’re looking for a cookie that brings comfort, nostalgia, and a touch of whimsy, this one might just become your new favorite.
Week 1
Cookie Pucks!
There’s something undeniably fun about desserts on a stick, and today I’m diving into a little experiment in the kitchen: cookie pucks. My goal is to play with texture, flavor, and presentation to see how I can elevate these bite‑sized treats for future menu possibilities.
To start, I’m taking a batch of freshly baked cookies and crumbling them into a soft mixture with frosting. This creates a dough-like consistency that’s perfect for shaping. Once everything is well combined, I mold the mixture into smooth, even rounds and pop them into the fridge to firm up.
While they chill, I melt a generous amount of chocolate until it’s silky and ready. When the cookie molds are set, I remove them from the fridge, add the melted chocolate, and gently insert the chilled cookie into the center of the cookie chocolate filled mold.
After that, it’s just a matter of letting the chocolate set and dry into a glossy, irresistible shell. Et voilà — the results are in, and I think the picture speaks for itself. This little test run was equal parts fun and delicious, and it’s giving me plenty of ideas for how to refine and elevate these treats even further. I’m excited to keep experimenting and share the next round of sweet surprises with you next week.
Welcome To Kuuki
A Little Sweetness in the Air
Hello, I’m Ghada — the baker, dreamer, and hands behind Kuuki LLC. If you’ve ever wondered who’s mixing the batter, testing new flavors, or carefully wrapping each cookie with love, it’s me. And I’m so excited to finally share the story behind this little bakery of mine.
The name Kuuki comes from the Japanese word 空気, which means air — but it also describes the atmosphere or vibe of a room.
That feeling you get when you walk into a space and instantly feel comfort, warmth, or joy.
That’s the Kuuki I want to create with every cookie, every loaf, every order.
Right now, my menu is simple but full of heart:
Soft, cozy Oatmeal Cookies
Sweet, indulgent Classic Cookies
And a rotating lineup of Banana Breads in different flavors
Each one is made in small batches, with intention, care, and the hope that it brightens your day just a little.
My love for baking started long before Kuuki existed — long before I even knew what “branding” or “menu testing” meant.
I grew up in a neighborhood that barely had streetlights. One evening, when I was still a little girl, my family and I stepped into a small bakery. The moment the door opened, the warm aroma wrapped around me — butter, sugar, something magical I still can’t fully describe.
I was nervous, but the owner noticed the sparkle in my eyes. Without saying much, he disappeared into the back and returned with a small mouse‑shaped cake just for me.
That moment changed everything.
It was the first time I realized that a bakery isn’t just a place that sells sweets — it’s a place that creates memories, comfort, and a sense of wonder. From that day on, I knew I wanted to grow up and create that same magic for other kids, families, and anyone who walks into my world of baked goods.
As I build Kuuki from the ground up, my goal is simple:
Fulfill every order with care and bring a little sweetness to your days.
Whether it’s a cookie after a long day, a banana bread shared with family, or a treat you gift to someone you love — I want it to feel special.
I’m constantly testing new recipes and flavors, and I plan to add new products to the menu.
So stay tuned — next week’s blog will feature the very first test item of the year, and I can’t wait to share it with you.
Thank you for being here at the beginning of this journey.
Thank you for supporting a dream that started with a mouse cake in a tiny bakery.
And thank you for letting Kuuki bring a little sweetness into your air.
