Welcome To Kuuki
A Little Sweetness in the Air
Hello, I’m Ghada — the baker, dreamer, and hands behind Kuuki LLC. If you’ve ever wondered who’s mixing the batter, testing new flavors, or carefully wrapping each cookie with love, it’s me. And I’m so excited to finally share the story behind this little bakery of mine.
The name Kuuki comes from the Japanese word 空気, which means air — but it also describes the atmosphere or vibe of a room.
That feeling you get when you walk into a space and instantly feel comfort, warmth, or joy.
That’s the Kuuki I want to create with every cookie, every loaf, every order.
Right now, my menu is simple but full of heart:
Soft, cozy Oatmeal Cookies
Sweet, indulgent Classic Cookies
And a rotating lineup of Banana Breads in different flavors
Each one is made in small batches, with intention, care, and the hope that it brightens your day just a little.
My love for baking started long before Kuuki existed — long before I even knew what “branding” or “menu testing” meant.
I grew up in a neighborhood that barely had streetlights. One evening, when I was still a little girl, my family and I stepped into a small bakery. The moment the door opened, the warm aroma wrapped around me — butter, sugar, something magical I still can’t fully describe.
I was nervous, but the owner noticed the sparkle in my eyes. Without saying much, he disappeared into the back and returned with a small mouse‑shaped cake just for me.
That moment changed everything.
It was the first time I realized that a bakery isn’t just a place that sells sweets — it’s a place that creates memories, comfort, and a sense of wonder. From that day on, I knew I wanted to grow up and create that same magic for other kids, families, and anyone who walks into my world of baked goods.
As I build Kuuki from the ground up, my goal is simple:
Fulfill every order with care and bring a little sweetness to your days.
Whether it’s a cookie after a long day, a banana bread shared with family, or a treat you gift to someone you love — I want it to feel special.
I’m constantly testing new recipes and flavors, and I plan to add new products to the menu.
So stay tuned — next week’s blog will feature the very first test item of the year, and I can’t wait to share it with you.
Thank you for being here at the beginning of this journey.
Thank you for supporting a dream that started with a mouse cake in a tiny bakery.
And thank you for letting Kuuki bring a little sweetness into your air.
